The Flaming Gorge Uintas Scenic Byway may be accessed at route 191 from the Wyoming/Utah border, across the Flaming Gorge Dam and to the Junction of Highway 44. From here the Byway split with one route heading to Vernal while the other eventually drops into the Lucerne Valley and our great Town of Manila.
